Another loss – 5-3. Atlanta got to use both goalies (this time in one game) to put the beat down on us last night. What a miserable effort it was. I feel like I’m still watching pre-season games, except for the fact that I know all the players & their numbers. I thought sitting Malik was gonna solve all of our problems (sarcasm). The offense blew, the defense blew, and Henrik was Henrik. It easily could’ve been 7 or 8 to 3 if not for King Henrik.
The only excitement of the night was provided by Garnet Exelby, the coward. He started off by charging Prucha, then turtling when Orr went to have “a talk” with him.(See Video below) Real tough, with his visor and all. McCarthy then started trying to run our guys – sticking the ‘ol knee out when he was gonna miss.(see this video below as well) Two top quality individuals (more sarcasm). At least Orr, Hollweg and Shanny went back at those two clowns. So, this far into the season, one thing is for sure – they stick up for each other. Great. Now if we can get the wins I’ll be happy.
